Workshop: Develop your Visibility

Do you feel invisible? Do you go about your day to day life feeling unseen and unheard? Do you find certain situations tricky or certain people in your life unmanageable?  

Following on and inspired by the performance of the play Invisible this event has been curated to offer expertise on how the brain and neuroplasticity works and how we can use this knowledge to our advantage.  

Moving onto the interactive part. The actors from Invisible will be acting out situations we might typically find ourselves in  –  which character is dealing with it well, and who isn’t?  

During this event you’ll have the opportunity to offer some scenarios of your own and have the actors play these out or even get on stage yourself.   

This event will be fast paced, fun and interactive event which will offer some solid takeaways and possibly life lessons!  

You don’t need to have watched the play and don’t worry about the interactive part if you prefer to just listen and take it all in! You can watch the play Invisible on Saturday 10 May, 7.30pm. Book tickets here.
