Trustee Recruitment Drop-in Sessions

Storyhouse are looking for new trustees to join our Board!

Drop in sessions for those who want to learn more about the role of a trustee for Storyhouse are happening on Saturday 21 October at 11am and Thursday 26 October at 4.30pm We’ll have a volunteer in the lobby waiting to show you to the meeting area.

We will start the session with a short introduction to Storyhouse and a little overview about what we’re looking for. The session is informal and there will be members of the Leadership team and Trustees on hand to answer any questions you have.

Given Storyhouse’s extensive programme, which includes home-produced theatre and festivals and an extensive programme of work for young people, the organisation is particularly interested in applications from individuals with expertise or experience in the following areas:

· Safeguarding and Mental Health

· Arts Programming & Practice

· Access and Inclusion

Individuals who are passionate about supporting Storyhouse’s mission and contributing to its continued success are encouraged to apply. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an organisation dedicated to enriching the cultural landscape of Chester and beyond.

We are also really interested in applications from users of Storyhouse services. There is no requirement to have previous experience as a trustee!
