TOKEN Collective Comedy Gig

TOKEN comedy events and workshops are here to give space to those who usually fill the ‘token’ spot on phallus-filled bills! 

Founded by women who’ve walked very different paths, but have come together to challenge norms, make you laugh and wear excellent outfits in the process. 

Token Comedy want comedy bills to look like the world around us – so that starts by giving space to voices that we don’t see enough of.  

These sessions are specifically created for the girls, gays, theys, people of colour and people with disability. TOKEN Comedy Writing Collective is for people who identify in one of these areas to have a safe space to try creative comedy writing or bring new untested material for friendly workshopping together.
