Elders Summer Social at Grosvenor Park Open Air Theatre

After a wonderful morning last month of music from the Ukes and a talk from Andy at Grosvenor Park; the U3A Ukes group will be back. Alongside the music, you can choose to spend time with Artist Clare Owens making a ‘stained glass’ artwork using paper. Clare will talk briefly about the history of stained glass and where you can find art work in Chester.

The Grosvenor Park Open Air Theatre festival site will open at 10am. The event will begin at 11am and finish around 12.15. This is a drop-in event but if you would like to take part in the Stained Glass crafting please arrive for the 11am start.

Part of Storyhouse Elders: All of the events in this series are for older people and include a complimentary hot drink and an opportunity to socialise and connect with others. These events are FREE and you do not need a ticket to attend.
