Storyhouse Elders: Monthly Event

A series of monthly events taking place on the first Monday of every month 10.30 – 12noon in the Garret Bar.

Monday 2 September : Artist workshop with artist Clare Owens

An opportunity to work with visual artist Clare Owens. Clare is currently working with Chester Cathedral on a project linked to the work of Trena Cox (1895-1980), Chester’s renowned twentieth-century stained glass artist.

If you enjoy creating and making please come and join us. Feel free to come along for just a brew and a chat too.

Monday 7 October: Oral Storytelling Event with Triple Spiral Storytellers

Led by the people who run the Triple Spiral Storytellers please join us for an informal oral storytelling workshop to share traditional stories, folk tales, myths and legends which are all told from the heart, not read from a book. Experienced and novice storytellers welcome. Listeners are especially welcome. Complete with Tea, Coffee and Cake.

Free to drop in or book a place so we know to expect you.

The Triple Spiral Storytelling group meet monthly in the Meeting Room at Storyhouse. It’s free to attend and happens on the first Tuesday of every month 1.30-3pm.
