Workshop: Pop Dance

SOS Dance is a global movement in dance on a mission to empower a generation to believe in themselves, using dance as a source of strength, power and confidence! All levels are welcome, whether you’re an experienced dancer or never danced before. All SOS routines are taught across the country and created by the world’s top backing dancers who work with Beyoncé, Rihanna, Dua Lipa, JLo, Little Mix and many more! 

Lou teaches weekly classes at Deeside Leisure centre, and has taught at various locations across North Wales, also teaching sessions for workshops and team building. Lou says: “SOS brings me so much joy! It makes me feel like ‘me’, and I love sharing the positive vibes and feelings that come from it with others.”
