Chester Disability Pride Parade
Corporate Opportunities
About the parade
Support Chester’s Disability Pride Parade, one of the UK’s only disability pride parades. Unite with participants, charities, and businesses to raise awareness and promote positive change!
Be part of the cornerstone of Storyhouse’s week-long Kaleidoscope Festival, an annual celebration of neurodiversity, inclusion, and showcasing the remarkable talents of people living with a disability.
The festival has a rich and varied programme of events and activities including performances, workshops, film screenings, music and more.
Kaleidoscope opens with a bang when the Chester Disability Pride Parade fills the city centre with a blaze of brilliant sound and colour, as hundreds parade to raise awareness and celebrate the 14.1 million people living with a disability.
People travel from all over to take part, as well as other charitable organisations, care givers and specialist services, all to shout loud and be proud about the learning-disabled community and anyone who identifies as neurodiverse. A truly joyful day!
When: Monday 7 July 2025, 11am – 2pm
Where: Storyhouse, Chester City Centre and Exchange Square.
Reach: We had 150+ attendees in 2023, and the parade continues to grow in size each year.
